Innovative packaging for Tapered Screw-Vent, Zimmer One-Piece, Screw-Vent, AdVent,
Tapered SwissPlus and SwissPlus implants
All product modifications over the past few years have been based on customer input
to make our implant systems more efficient and easier to use. The packaging has
been designed to make the retrieval, delivery and storage of our implants much easier.
Packaging Components
The packaging provides an easy access to the implant and cover screw. Implant can
be easily lifted once the Fixture Mount Transfer has been engaged by the implant
driver. Cover screw is located in the upper portion of the Inner Vial with the access
hole for the hex tool.
Touchless delivery system allows the implant, upon retrieval, to be carried directly
to patient’s mouth without any intermediate steps.
More compact, robust design allows for easier storage. In addition, clear labeling
and color-coding of Outer Vial caps allow for easy viewing of implant selection.
Each cap label shows implant diameter and length.

Note: Steps 4 to 10 are completed in a sterile environment. Use the tapered
hex tool with the thumb wheel (parts THX1.25 /THXL1.25) to engage the cover screw
located in the upper portion of the Inner Vial.
