Meghan Marsh Caldwell was appointed Director of Human Resources in July 2004. She is responsible for the continued integration of Zimmer Dental personnel, and overseeing staffing of the new manufacturing plant and existing corporate headquarters.
With 13 years of Human Resources experience in the telecommunications, health care, and hospitality industries, including a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, Meghan comes to Zimmer from Mobile Systems Wireless in San Diego, where she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, and was responsible for the management of all legal affairs and organizational development.
Meghan obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from California Lutheran University. |
